1. South face of foundation wall along the front steps: Delaminating plaster

PART 1. Scrape the plaster off the stem wall.
PART 2. Repair any spalling and rebar corrosion (including coating exposed rebar with Sika Armatec 110 or equivalent, and Rapid Set CementAll patch), and apply textured Xypex (or equivalent waterproofing) to whole surface. Finished ready-to-paint surface needs to resemble the present texture.
PART 3. Gently curb the lip along the top of the stem wall with textured Xypex (or equivalent waterproofing), to discourage the pooling of rainwater there.
2. Southwest edge (planter and foundation wall at portico): Bubbling paint and delaminating plaster

3. Retaining wall of stairwell below school building: Spalling at old patch

PART 1. Remove old patch; repair all spalling and rebar corrosion and repatch (as Part 2 above).
PART 2. Coat entire retaining wall with long-lasting waterproofing compound, such as Aquafin 1k or equivalent. (Price out separately.)
PART 3. Coat top surface above retaining wall with the same compound. (Price out separately.)
4. Southeast basement corner mechanical room: Leaking walls

Perform injection grouting on 1½ walls for positive-side waterproofing. Drill holes at approx. 12" apart. Inject Sealboss 1510 or equivalent, to fill voids and cracks.
